Ok where to start!
He looks pretty decent, work rate and determination is high. teamwork is low but that can change with time!
His personality is determined which is good.
If he was my newgen I would first get him to work on his strength for a year(I don't like my players to be pushovers), and then start training his stamina up (until he is 19) then stop focusing on any attribute.
For my CM I would train as a B2B midfielder until he is 18 and then train him in the position you would like to use him. He could be a decent DLP Defend for me so that would be my choice.
Also integrate him into a couple of First team games against low opposition where you are likely to win - this gets him a high average rating and keeps morale high.
