So I've put a few players on my development list, and I've gotten a bunch of offers. Unfortunately, every time a contract is agreed upon, it gets cancelled because the other team doesn't have enough funds. Yet, they keep offering, so the same player will agree loan with the same team something like five times without ever successfully transferring. Is there any way around this?
