When I add a player to the Development List and it fails due to no interest, the status seems to remain as Failed in the next transfer window and the Director of Football doesn't try again - is this normal or am I expecting my DoF to try again too quickly? It's time consuming to take lots of players off the List and then re-add them every transfer window. My DoF is fairly good with high Determination.
