hey there just wandering if anyone could be so kind as to help me with the development list, not quite sure if its best to use it or sort my youngsters out myself
If you are serious about developing youngsters you need to be doing it yourself as among others you need to ensure your youths will go to Teams with decent facilities, will get enough matches etc.
