I know terrible injuries are rare in the game from what I've read by SI, but they do occur.
What is the worst injury you've experienced on any FM game?
For me, I always play smaller clubs, and I signed a 4 1/2 star Brazilian RB regen with 18 pace and accel. In his second year, in like the 3rd game, he blew out his knee. Out for 9 months. He had just gained Wonderkid status (my first one ever) and teams throughout the world were interested in giving me 30+ million for his services before the accident.
Now he is down to 3 1/2 stars and I hope I can nurture him back.
