diamanti + cole ?

hi all i have posted this in the correct threads but come to no avail im playin diamanti behind cole in an amc position and cole as a centre forward what roles and duties should i use and who should i choose as my primary target man ?
help is MUCH appreciated

I never play Diamanti amc when im West Ham, hes always rubbish there for me. I use cole as a poacher or complete forward and diamanti as advanced forward with Jimenez amc.
