Has anyone found a diamond formation 4-4-2 that works yet? im struggling bigtime

It's going to be pointless copying someone else's tactic that is suited the their team/players. My own diamond has brought me back to back promotions now, but it was set up for my team and the player's at my disposal.

Why not just post yours and the issues you have with it?

You still haven't posted what specific issues you have. You've seen the tactic in action. We haven't.

Aren't your midfielders bunching up in the middle with all 4 on Support duties?

Struggling to get the possession I want also the tightness at the back whilst continuing to score, I used support mode thinking the players would be closer together therefore retaining possession.
