Did not all transfers happen in the 11.3 patch?

I just saw Mbark Boussoufa still plays at Anderlecht while he actually went to Anzhi Makasjkala or something.. Is there any way to fix this?

i believe some transfers happened after 11.3 came out and SI dont update transfers a week before it comes out or something like that so he might fall into that category, you can change this yourself with the data editor or maybe one of the latest lfc marshall updates but im not 100% sure on that so its best to just change it on data editor.
