Diego Ribas help

I'm currently in my first season with Atlético Madrid and I'm struggling to get the best out of Diego. Every game he plays he's nervous, if i try to calm him down nothing happens and if i use a passionate/assertive tone he gets even worse. He's playing terrible, but i do really like him. Is there any way to improve his performances? Or should i just cancel the loan and buy someone else?

he plays well for me although he can just stop playing for a month sulking if you tell him you want more from him or anything like that, i play him as an advanced playmaker with a support duty stops him shooting over the bar or dribbling it out for a goalkick and keeps him playing in i assume the awesome falcao

just wait till his loan ends..he has good ratings but is utterly rubbish..
