Different Position Training

How can you get a player to train into a different position?
Like, A Left Mid trained to ve able to play Left Defender!

You go into the players training overview then select it from there

go to training and change set position to left back, and if you have a training shedule e.g. full backs, centre backs, centre mids etc set it to that position
