dilemma about staff contract help plz someone?

Hi all!

well i have just started with reading my first ever season...well the problem is i have mutually terminated half of the staffs contract and im just on the look out for new ones now...the problem is whenever i find one, the board seem to offer less wages than demanded....now is there a way around it to make the board sort of change their mind and meet the demands of the staff. i have tried to re-adjust the budget in all but no luck...help anyone?

You should look for cheper staff.Tell me what kind of cash is the club ready to pay and what kind of staff you need and i will see if i can help you.
