If i am going to appoint a director of football for my team what attributes should I be looking for?? And what are the advantages/disadvantages of having one? Never appointed on so I don't have a scoobie

Isn't there a specific attribute for director of football?

I'm sure that one is the most useful, but I added judging player ability and potential when I was searching as well.

Just a tip, when you do get one allow him to find signings but make sure it has to go past you as they sign some ***** every now and then.

Most important attribute for me is man management as they can deal with all the boring kinda jobs at a decent level for you..i always employ one.
