Djalo drop in form

Hi guys I bought Djalo at the start of the season in my Newcastle save. At first he was doing very well, scoring loads of goals and getting very good ratings. But now his ratings have dropped and he can't score, I am in January so am not sure if I should sell him or not. His drop in form may have something to do with me changing my tactic to a 4-2-3-1 which I would change but the team is really doing well with it. Any help would be good.

I assume his role has changed? Are you criticising/warning him for poor form? Drop him for a bit if you haven't. Give him time.
