Do Chelsea Ever Get An Expansion On There Stadium

Every season i ask for an expansion and they say they are talking about it then end of the season they say they will then a couple weeks later it gets blocked by the council and this happens every year

U must stay in charge until 2016 and win alot for a new stadium to be built under your last name. eg smith arena. im chelsea and my capacity was 60000 in new staduim but ive upgraded again in 2018 to 70000

i won league every season. fa cup twice. league cup 3 times and champs league and it just gets blocked by the council

on my chelsea save in 2014 they moved to zola arena 55 thousend seater

you get a new stadium i had my new stadium in 2015
like above its your name and arena mine is 60k upgrading to 75k
