Do FM 2017 tactics work in 2016?

I know the file types are incompatible (or seem to be), I just wondered if anyone had replicated tactics from FM2017 and seen them work in FM2016? Thanks in advance.

I found a Monaco tactic for fm17 and used it in fm16. It worked really well. I think as long as you have the right players to play said tactic it should work
