Do new rivalry ever develope?

I am playing Dag & Red in the 20/21 season now in the EPL. My fourth year in the Premier. My one and only rival is Boston Utd. who I have never played while I managed Dag & Red since 2012. Will another rivalry ever develop? Now that I am established in the Premier, I would think something would happen with Arsenal, Chelsea, or others by now. Has anyone developed a new rival?

no, dynamic rivalries aren't in fm 2013, hopefully in the future though

Might sound stupid, but can you create new rivalries with FMRTE? I have Cardiff and only Swansea is my Rival. I would like to make Manchester City my rival as I have so far beaten them to the Premier League titel, 2 FA Cup finals and a Capital One Cup final . Surely by now in real life Man City would be a potential rival.

i wish football manager had an area in which there's a possibility that new rivalries can develop! shame though hopefully it could be introduced next year?
