Do Staff Atributes increase?

Hi I have played 2013/14 and never really seen any increase in staff attributes if i can remember correctly, Do they actually increase? What causes the increase and how often? Any help please

Yeah I guess so. I don't often pay attention to staff so im not really sure, but they have CA and PA just like players so I guess they just improve over time.

Yes they do. Like iamauser correctly pointed out they have their own CA & PA - I find that coaches In high determination improve well. Whether it not this coincides with a high PA rating in not sure. On FM13 the biggest improvers I found were my U18 & reserve managers who were former players. On further investigation I read that because they were taking charge of matches this helped improve their stats.

Yeah they do, but watch out because they also decrease! One of my coaches dropped from 5* to 4.5* (not that it makes too much difference), so just be mindful of that.

Yup. I had Meulensteen increase from 4.5* to 5* in shooting, and a goalkeeping coach decrease from 5* to 4.5*.
