Do Staff Attributes change overtime ?

the title says it all. does it change over time. like if i have a coach who is plays general, and his def. stats are average, like 12, if i put him to train players on defending will his attribute change like from 12 to 16 or 18. ???

1) staff members have CA and PA values as well and will become better over time yes

2) not to sure about that, try it, see if it works :) you might mould him into a defensive coach...

yes it does change. i have John terry as my coach at arsenal (:P haha) and he had a 12 def training and a general minded tactic coach. then in training assignments, i let John be a more defensive (in a coaching way),and his stat went up and changed to 17. now he's my reserves coach and im winning the reserves straight 4 years under him . :)


any whats the max PA of a coach, 200 ?
 
I'm trying to develop both kaka and etoo into great coaches at the moment
 
I was wondering the same, I've got Van Nistelrooy, Henry, Puyol, Giggs, Scholes and Evra as coaches for my United side. I've made them all do one specific thing e.g. Scholes to do ball control and his technical attribute went to 20!
