Do the AI "get used" to your tactic?

Just to clear up, Do the AI get used to your tactic, i was under the impression they never, and the reason people have mid-season crisises is because of fatigue, morale etc..

Am i wrong?

Yes they do so every season you might wanna look at changing your tactic unless your doing very well with it!

In the past i've heard people say the AI dont get used to your tactic, hence my point of view, but clearly thats not the case

Those people are called "idiots"

However there is a difference between getting used to it and the AI actually being able to combat it..
