just curios cos of this new team challenge i made

yes the winners of either cup get a place in the UEFA Europa League

Not of the League Cup,but yes in the FA Cup.

The League Cup is just a normal cup that has no affiliations with any league or tournament whatsoever in terms of qualification for them.

so fa winners go to europe league what if the winner finishes in the top 4

1. Automatic Qualification to UEFA Champions League group stage
2. Automatic Qualification to UEFA Champions League group stage
3. Automatic Qualification to UEFA Champions League group stage
4. UEFA Champions League Play-Off Round

EDIT-

Regardless.

Even if they were relegated and won the F.A. Cup they would be allowed to play in the UEFA Europa League. That almost happened for Portsmouth.

wow your right i was wondering cos i was on fifa 10 and i was in the league cup final and the commentator said

"whoever wins this earns a place in europe" and then i lost 4-2 to wolverhampton wolves and they were in the champo league next season

When Rovers made the FA Cup Quarters a couple of years ago, we were all jizzing ourselves over a slim chance of European football (H)
