I gave a shot to the Japanese League and oh my it's something special. Every single club in the division has like 10-12 players ending their contracts after the first season, with a lot of them not wanting to resign.
The rules are quite strict : you can't have more than 5 foreign players in the match squad (you can get more in the team but only 5 at the same time each game), and also you need 4 club based players.

That means you need a lot of Japanese players to build your squad and the foreign slots are to be reserved for key players. Adding the fact that almost half of the league is ending their contract the first season, it's total mayhem but I kinda love it.
I'd recommend installing some updates tho as certain players are missing (Juan Mata for example)
