Do you think some Germany players was underestimated in FM?

As the title, I think so many excellent germany player should have higher ability in FM.
For example:
Marco Reus's passing is only 11, Ozil's determination 9, Draxler's bravery and concentration......

definitely! I watched almost all RM games for the last 3 seasons. Ozil usually a non-factor, then he pops up with incredible pass, then goes missing again. And he really doesnt want to fight if they are behind
