Hey guys,
I used to play cm/fm about 10 years ago and i just felt like giving it a go again, so I'm not an expert.

I just signed up this little guy from OM, but I didn't realize until he arrived that his positioning is 3! and that sucks because he's a defender!
Do you think he can still develop enough? (to at least 15)

I'm not at all in a hurry to have him as a starter, I can wait until he's 23~24.

What do you guys think? Should I try to develop him?

Or I should buy this one:

they both had 3.5 stars report

Both will developing into about the same level of decent player. I think their physical attributes hold them back a lot. At 16 you have plenty of time for mental attributes, but 18 to like 25 are when you are in peak physical condition so they need a lot of work before then. Wont be your next Puyol or Pique

Both look really good mate though not superb maybe they will be good back-ups

thanks for the tips!
who would you guys recommend for the future as a top quality center back?

Phil Jones from Blackburn, Sebastian Coates and Jordan Spence all end up being top end center backs.

Give time to Andreu Fontas (he's in the B-squad) and he will develop into a very good 3rd option in the centerback. He kicked out Milito out of the squad because of his performances and his cheap wage.

Yep. Definitely Phil Jones. He turns out to be quality.

thanks a lot guys!
just another quick question: does tutoring really helps young players?
or i shouldnt worry too much about it?
