Do you think Torres is over-rated??

I searched to see if I could find this and didn't find a thread similar to it so sorry if there is one.

So me and a freind had a massive arguement today at school he said Torres is just flat out **** and I disagreed and his reasons were pretty dumb. Personally I think his a quality striker, but I want to know what you guys think.
