sorry bout that son but someone had to have him!!!lol in fairness in my first season when i got promoted he scored 22 league goals!!

Patience, team building, good tactics, long-term plan. I did it with Plymouth in 08, but I haven't gone down to conference level yet. I've done MK Dons on FM 09, only 2 seasons though. Trust me, when you get a low league team to the top level. You'll be so proud, but I find patience the biggest factor.

American markets are good for taking a gamble on good youngsters at a lower purchase price than home-grown talent, i have no shame admiting i tactically plundered these markets
