Does anyone else find their players get lazy as **** in training?

Every month or two I need to cycle through all my players, open up a private chat and tell them to pull up their socks at training. If they don't, they all just get lazy and stop progressing / slide backwards. I didn't notice this to anything like the same extent in 2011 / 2012... is anyone else gettting the same sort of thing?

yeah I have noticed a similar thing, it happened a little in FM12 but definately alot more now. Seems to be from alot of the players that are set as key players for me as well
