DOES ANYONE HAVE A GOOD 4-1-2-1-2 OR 4-4-2 DIAMOND TACTIC FOR FM 2013?

I'm new to FM2013. Not so good at creating tactics. Would appreciate it if anyone cud give me a good 4-1-2-1-2 or 4-4-2 diamond tactic. I have chosen these because I would like to try something different from the popular tactics online. But I cant seem to find any of these two.

WIDE if possible.
