Does changing too many players in starting 11 have an adverse effect?

I am not sure if FM 12 models this but would adding 2 or 3 different players to an established starting 11 disrupt "chemistry" I am talking beyond just changes in ability. What I tend to do is add a bunch of younger players/back ups and sit veteran players when playing easier games...I realize there will be a drop off in talent but curious to know if it affects team chemistry.

Yes it will effect team chemistry, also if you bench a world class players for a youngster he may actually have a lower morale unless you speak with him first to let him know you're just resting him. But if its the kind of player who is in your subs regularly it shouldn't be a big problem, though a 17 year old fresh from your youth ranks, even if he has been with the team for years will not have great chemistry unless he's training with the senior team. If you're regularly doing this and have the youngsters in your subs it shouldn't have a noticeable effect.
