ok I have my tactic that won me the league last season

GK-Defend
RB - Full Back - Auto
CD - Central Defender - Defend
CD - Central Defender - Defend
LB - Full Back - Auto
RCM - Advanced PLaymaker - Attack
LCM - Deep Lying PLaymaker - Support
AMR - Inside Forward - Attack
AML - Inside Forward - Attack
STR - Deep Lying Forward - Support
STL - Advanced Forward - Attack

Now I am much the perfectionist and I always try to tweak my formation to get the best possible.

Can you build a formation and have your players play their best position our would this imbalance the team.

What I mean is... I have a spreadsheet that can show me a rating on where a players attributes line up showing where he plays best. Now if I do that for all my players would it be beneficial to put everyone in their best role?

Also in my current formation above what would you improve?

If two players have the same role, it may not work. I always find that if I have, for example, two Advanced playmakers, they tend to get caught up with each other more often than not.
