Does updating the patch effect mods, eg face packs, logos, kits ect?

As It says in the title, does updating the patch effect your downloaded mods?

Been putting the update off for ages as I'm not sure?

No, it does not.

The only thing it does if effect tactics that exploit the match engine, because it usually patches flaws.
