doesn't change the team instructions?

Hi i'm having a weird problem .I'm currently using the ghost tactic v3., After that i've decided to change my tactic so i have loaded another tactic .Then i got a message do you want to save the current tactic so i clicked no .
Suddenly it doesn't load my team instructions but only my formation.? I kept changing al those tactics but my team instructions became to you can say..>"default"
Did i something wrong?

I've noticed this too, only started happening in this patch...very annoying

Yep, having the same issue. SI have been so inept with bug fixing this time round. This set piece resetting is also driving me crazy. I bought a game nearly 2 months ago and I still can't play it properly, nowhere else but in the entertainment industry would it be tolerated.

What? As in the entertainment industry, if I released something in my work on an annually basis that didn't work for 3 months every time I'd have been sacked.
