Doing club goals?

I have made i few custom leagues on my database an i wanted to know if you could sort the min goals for when i take over the team (such as man u is min goal is to challange 4 tittle) i wanted to make a teams to get into euro at min ... help please needed.... i tryd putting were they came in division last season but no use

That depends on last position in the league, and reputation. Those are the things you need to adjust
