Domestic Player Bias

Hello, I know there is a thread for this already but it doesn't answer my question. My question being:

Let's say I manage in spain, and I buy Radamel Falcao (Who has just gained Spanish nationality), will that count as buying a domestic player? If you understand me!

if it is a challenge, depends on strictness of challenge,
if it is euro comps, i cant remember sorry

Trying to get my Domestic player bias up on my profile and I saw that you have to buy players of the nationality from where you're playing (I'm in Spain so Spanish players). Does Falcao count towards that cause he has gained Spanish nationality?

Find the spanish Regen date and then every year get the best young Spanish players. This should help your domestic bias.
