Welcome to the story on a Half English, Half Chinese manager. Trying to conquer the Eastern Hemisphere, making the likes of Australia, Uzbekistan, Iraq, China, and alot more of top quality countries, waiting to reach their potential.

Former England international Josh Creighton, has built a range of youth academys all around Asia, looking to bring in talent. it is estimated he spent around £1.4m of his own money, and the rest was government payments. The benifit that this has for football in Asia, and former England star Josh Creighton, is that it gives players an opportunity to show off their skill, and to train the kids who arn't available to go to school. If anyclub wants to take the player on, Creighton gets 25% sell on clause of any of the players next 5 transfers. (Excludes loan deals)
It is reported that the BBC will help fund any needs, for player rights and exclusive stories.

18 months later Creighton got approched by Saudi Arabian Second Division side Al-Faysali. He accepted the offer as youth in the country were good, and the club had alot of money to go around. Nearly ريال6.25836183 million Saudi riyals (£1.1m) was the estimated value of the club, and Creighton says he will look to learn the managerial side of things in a country with the biggest teams in Asia.

Good luck. And just in case you didn't know, there is no promotion or relegation between the Korean K-League and N-League.

Didn't know that but my aim is to dominate the eastern hemisphere, so I will get a new job soon anyway.

Englishman Joshua creighton has been given a Two-year contract at Title contendors Al-Faysali.He hopes to enter the Asian Champions league via the cup, but has told pundits he will need a few new signings. Chairman Al-Zahani is romoured to give a masive cash injection, but doesn't think the side will be able to "compeate financaly" in the top division.

The club has a direct youth intake from Creighton's academy in Saudi Arabia, ahead of the top clubs, who may scout for unused tallen in and around the Youth Academy.

Saudi Arabia

Al-Faysali

Al-Faysali is a semi-professionable club who play in the Saudi Arabian Second Division. I joined at the start of the season and got strait on with to transfers. I had a relitively small budjet of around £100k but that money goes far, especially as my youth were attracted o first team football, I could manage to get some experienced players to tutor them.

I was really dissapointed at the youth facilities and even the staff hated them, I got quckly to work and requested it, now we are currently taking in some of the players who may make it, but arn't wonderkids from the academy.

My job now was to reduce the wage bill and get rid of any dead wood to make the squad smaller as it was far to big.

Screenies and Updates Shortly ;)

Pre Season

I let assistant get to know the club, ***** all the player and test his manergerial ability by letting him control the friendlies. This was a good experience for him and said:
I love to manage, but am not quite caperble of pulling everything off. for the first time the new manager let me try out managing the team I have worked with for years now. This is fantastic and I got some excellent results!

How do you guys think I will cope with the season? September update to follow shortly ;)

The new kit launch for the club was a fantastic turnout. The fans were unhappy that they had to wait so long but in the end they saw it was worth it.

The club made around 100k profit on the opening day for the second division club. This is what the kits look like:

September Update

Creighton had suffered one of his biggest losses of his career when the team lot 4-1 to Al-Ta'ee. They struggled to create chances and overall had a very poor performance. They had won the first two games 1-0 but sadly lost the third as you know. Creighton had a little bit of a shouting at the team and they bounced back with a 4-1 victory over Al-Shoula.

The first game with the new kits was a massive success, and even though they are a bit funny looking, at the end of the match a few of the other teams players went to the club shop and bought their own shirt. It was quite funny. ;)

Player of the Month (for our team)
