Hello,

I couldnt find anything in relation to this, so if there is another thread im sorry and could you link me please

but anyway...

Im currently managing my hometown club of Worcester City and after a lucky first season supported by some out of contract lower league superstars ive been promoted to the dizzying heights of the Blue Square Premier League.
At the start of every game now though i get a message telling me that the opposing manager fears the threat of my winger Ismael Fofana, now although hes far too good to be playing for a BSP team and i have no idea how his career ended up with him landing him self here, i dont think hes the next messiah to begin gracing the league, however it appears i am the only manager in the league who doesnt have faith.

I attached some examples from the last 3 games in a row ive had but belive me it has so far happened for all 24 games i have played this season.

Im not sure if this is "normal" or im just being picky but its getting rather annoying and its resulted in Fofana having about as much morale as i had when Derby got relegated with a stunning 11 points! (im still bitter)

Can anyone help or Do i just have to grin and bear it? and if so can anyone give me some tips to get Fofana's morale up off the ground, hes not the wizard he used to be!

Tell him you have been pleased with his form or offer him new contract :)

if hes not playing well, dont say hes been playing well, he will criticise your judgement,

encourage him
