Don't know what i am doing wrong (advice needed)

Hey everyone,

I just can't seem to score! i have so many chances, 20+ a game. What annoys me the most is then i go and lose 1-0 to teams who have 2 or 3 chances. I need advice on how i should set up tactics, do pre season, team trainign etc

More details are needed. Screenshot of team and tactics. If pre-season is 5 weeks or longer I normally do 1-2 weeks of fitness then I will focus on tactics to get the familiarity with them up before the first game. What team are you? A lot of new players?
