Don't know where im going wrong with this game

I have tried all sorts of tactics and teams and different signing coaches every avenue possible and i seem to get the sack al the time the longest ive lasted is into october of the second season this game is so hard to do well in my results are mind boggling

Try keeping tactics simple(don't assign individual tactics). Have a formation for at home where you play standard/ control and play counter away in an away formation(standard if easy opposition), i'm top of the league with Marseille in February at the moment by doing that. I play 4-3-1-2 at home and 4-2-1-2-1 away. I haven't changed any of the staff at the moment, giving them a chance first.
