Download Section (A Few Changes)

I've made a few changes to the download section today. I've edited the file information page.

The main thing I wanted to change were the comments as they were terrible and hard to see who posted what.

I have also uploaded the File Information section by rearranging at a bit to make it easier to find out the main information such as the description and screenshots.
