download tactics

hey fellas new to board , and was just wondering im really struggling to download any tactics that people post.
my comp says i dont have 'win rar' and was wondering how to go about downloading these tactics?
what do i open them with and how doi you apply them in football manager?
i know this may seem pretty obvious to most of you, but i cant seem to do it!!:S

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, first of all you need to download WinRAR:

1. Download it - http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

2. Download your tactic/training or w/e to your desktop.

3 Now im using ****** XP so for that you right click it and click 'extract to' then go to 'Your User Name' - 'Sports Interactive' - then tactics, if no folder simply create one.

4. Go on FM

5. Go on your team, click tactic at top right corner then edit tactics.

6. At the bottom left there should be a bit saying import then your tactic should be there.

If you dont understand anything say and ill upload some screenshots.

trying to download a tactic from the 'better half' poster. iv clicked on the tactic and clicked on download. what do you open the tactic with and how do you get it on your desktop?
i think i got it on my desktop before but right clicked and tried to extract it.
i couldnt see it in my tactics thing after clicking on sports interactive and football manager etc , so am completely stuck still !! haha

ok fells thanks for your help i think im getting somewhere and at least have an idea of what to do now.
iv got the tactic on my desktop and right clicking it and extract files etc. but cant seem to find it anywhere iv sent it !
iv gone on shortlists but it wasnt there . and iv also gone through my documents and sports interactive etc and couldnt find it there !!!
