Is there anywhere you can actually download the pre-game data editor from?

if you have the game you should already have the editor, how to you buy the game, Steam or DVD

I have a DVD. Actually I have FM10 on one of my computers, but only want the editor on my laptop so I can make databases when I am bored

But because my laptop isnt that good, I dont want to risk mucking it up with a game, so I thought I could just have the editor on it

you definetly can't have FM on one computer and the editor on another

I'm sure you could burn it to a disk and take it to your laptop or maybe convert it into a zip file and send it through an e-mail to yourself and open it at your laptop? In fact you could probably send the file through MSN.

Make sure you convert it to .zip first!

Just so you know, I have no idea whether the editor will work after you do this, they are just three easy ways of transferring files from one PC to another for free.

The Editor does use a lot of power & stuff so your laptop needs to be quite good to be able to handle it
