Downloaded fm11 using Steam, unable to find disk.

I downloaded FM11 using Steam but when I launch the game it loads up to the main menu then says - Unable to find disk. Help please!

Screenshots please, of your game in the Steam library and the message upon loading the game.

On Steam, right click on FM and go to properties, then from there verify the game files. It should re-download the correct files and it should work without downloading the entire game again.

Sounds like you have patched the game incorrectly.

Do not download or install any patches for the steam version, as it automatically updates the game for you.

Patching the game yourself cause this error and corrupts your files, necessitating in a re-install.
