Downloaded Games Problems

I have a few problems - 1. I cannot download the 11.3 update because half way through the update it says it can't locate the folder "/data/skins" I checked it out and no folder exists? is it because it's a downloaded game?
2. I want too put facepacks and skins in but again I can't because the folders don't exist? Is there something I need to use to get them?
Someone please help!?

u must go to ur documents and u need to create the folder
