downloaded tactics

Hi, I am trying to download tactics but when I do they don't work. I've made a "tactics" folder. When I click "save " the tactic doesn't show up in the folder and when I try again, the tactic is showing in the folder but with a padlock icon on it. I didn't have any problems like this with fm10, anybody any ideas what can do? Running windows 7 if that makes any difference?

Yes I have read that thread. My problem is the download isn't going into the folder. When I open the tactic folder both in the game or on the hard drive, it is empty. It is when I try to download again that the tactics are showing in the folder with the padlock

It's in your downloads folder in My Computer > Local Disk C > Downloads
Or in your Desktop.
