Downloaded the January patch...

The Russian one and I installed it but can not get the English language :? Why?

you will have to uninstall it then Football Manager? 2011 then pick disk 11.3

more often than not it happens when people have downloaded a pirated version of FM... SI patched it so that the English language file wasn't compatible with the Russian version due to piracy.. so my answer is, buy an English copy, or learn Russian <)

ok, I uninstalled it anyway as it just messed up so should I re-install it? Then when it is installed what do I do? Sorry if I sound a bit stupid.

install fm11 again an once its done load the game up an on the main screen of fm click on check for updates an pick
Download Patch 11.3 (PC Disc)

You won't be able to do anything to update it, as i said, the English language file isn't compatible with the Russian patches, so if you want to patch it and play in English, you have to buy an English copy of the game.

And one thing you don't do is admit you have a pirated version by posting on FM-Base.
