Downloading numourous things but don't appear on game, HELP!!!!!

I extract all my downloads however they don't appear on my game what do i need to do? I extract then put them into folders

which folders? most of the time people put them on wrong folder. It is a wise move to Google first about where to put your facepacks, logos, kits, skins, shortlists and etc before you put them in anywhere you think it might correct.

I put them in the folders they say on the download for example documnets/sportsinteravtive/football manager 2011/graphics however they don't come on in my game

Have you unticked skin cache and ticked reload skin in preferences on FM ?

Isnt there something in game you have to do.Tell me what you want to use and ill try and explain it for you(im not brill at this tuff but i should be able to help.)
