Downloading tactics help on Mac

Hi, looking for some help here. I've downloaded a few tactics, moved them from the downloads folder to the tactics one in Sports Interactive and then when I go to import the tactic in the game under manage tactics it isn't there. The files are .tac and I'm at a loss at what to do.

Any help would be appreciated.

Never come across this problem on my Mac, but I never need to import the files, they are just on the tactic screen under Archived Tactics. What tactics have you downloaded?
