Downloading tactics help?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but I'm having trouble downloading them, I download them and no folder comes up if that makes sense, check this picture out and you'll see what I mean.

If the folder "tactics" doesn't exist you have to create it in: User/My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2012/tactics
Or copy the ".tac" and paste it in the folder as instructed above.I think that's how you do it although i haven't downloaded a tactic.
