Downloads in fm2011.

I'm new to the online side of football manager, first time i've even used the updates but i'm wondering how do I get downloads for tactics, training, kits, team badges etc working in my game?

I'm aware there are probably posts giving me this info but i'm not a time waster - just a newbie.

Also if you could point me in the right direction of some good, safe downloads that would be great .
