Draft on one computer

Hello everybody, I was looking at fm17 and i was considering buying it off steam to play draft mode. The problem is we can only buy one version so i was wondering if you can play the draft mode with multiple managers on one device or if you can play the draft mode with multiple devices but only one steam account.
