Seems way, WAY to easy. But I did it for you. I assumed you wanted the club in EPL so I demoted/relegated Burnley to Championship, I demoted/relegated Peterborough to League 1, I demoted/relegated Exeter to League 2 and removed some scrubby team in League 2.
